My career spans many facets of Commercial Real Estate. I have extensive experience in Residential/Multi-Family Management, Commercial Office, Retail and Flex and Industrial/Warehouse property management. I have over 20 years of combined experience in Property Management.

I have also served as a Commercial Broker for 15+ years and completed over 900 transactions in Office Leasing, both as a Landlord Representative, Tenant/Occupier Representative--including Multi-Market transactions--Corporate Services, and property assignment with Unique Infrastructure, i.e., as well as Call Center and Data Center assignment.

My background as a Certified Property Manager provided in-depth understanding of my clients specific needs, thereby giving me tremendous perspective in matching the Client’s Needs with the properties selected.

My knowledge of Commercial Operational methodologies gave me specific and useful abilities in Negotiation and Lease Documentation as well.

- BSBA, Major - Real Estate - The Ohio State University.

- Associates - Accounting - Columbus State University.

- I have served in several associations including the Indiana Apartment Association, IREM Chapter 43, President, and CPM of the Year.

- While working in Brokerage, I was "Top 5 at CBRE - 2005." I have also completed brokerage work with Crawford Hoying and Colliers.
